- Learn how to properly hire, manage and fire (quickly).
- Ensure you have a great relationship with co-founders; think deeply about and document how certain future scenarios might be handled.
- Define your target customer and find ways to get strong feedback, which you should listen to.
- Avoid hiring too many people or overpriced consultants.
